Showcase your creative work in Portrait Magazine

Showcase+your+creative+work+in+Portrait+Magazine

Do you enjoy writing, creating art or taking pictures? Have you created something for one of your classes that you’re particularly proud of? Now’s your chance to memorialize it permanently in an awesome way!

Buffalo State’s literary magazine, Portrait, is looking for student submissions of short stories, poetry, art and photography for their Fall 2023 edition. Portrait strives to allow students “an outlet to express themselves and share their art, whether it be visual, literary, or somewhere in between,” according to the English department’s website.

The magazine is assembled by a class of students dedicated to publishing Portrait. More than a dozen students contributed to last semester’s issue. Work will be accepted until Oct. 11 at [email protected].
