This weekend the short film, “Maelstrom,” will make its debut. Students and community members are invited to attend to celebrate this student accomplishment created by members of Buffalo State College’s Television and Film Arts program.

There will be a showing at North Park Theatre at 11:30 a.m. on December 11. Tickets are $10.

There will also be a free showing at Buffalo State College on December 11 at 7:00 p.m. at the Student Union Social Hall.

Description: “In a world without sun, four marines escort a scientist across the country in search of salvation from the eternal night. On their dark odyssey, the group instead collides with what lurks in the darkness, both human and creature alike.”
