Calling all film enthusiasts and aspiring filmmakers – it isn’t too late to attend one of the final two events in the free September series, MicroMania, featuring short films up to five minutes in length.

The festival began on September 4with an exhibition by Native American filmmakers. The 12 short films provided an intimate look into the lives and hearts of the people of the Haudenosaunee nation. The upcoming events will be held this weekend in Buffalo:

Saturday September 18th
7 p.m. – 11 p.m.
Five Points Bakery – outdoors
Featuring international filmmakers

Sunday September 19th
2 p.m. – 5 p.m.
Hallwalls Contemporary Art Center
Featuring MicroMania Film Fest 2021 award winners

Registration is preferred but walk-ins are welcome. A small donation of $10 is encouraged to benefit the volunteers and filmmakers, but not required.

You will also have an exclusive Q&A opportunity with the filmmakers following each event!
