UPD arrests both suspects connected to the Tower 3 armed robbery

Buffalo State University Police have arrested both suspects connected to the Tower 3 armed robbery on Sept. 13.

Keyon Lee and Aaron Lee, both 20, and are not Buffalo State students, were taken into custody by University Police today.

The suspects are accused of stealing the victim’s cell phone and cash.

Hill is charged with robbery (first degree), burglary (first degree), criminal possession of a weapon (second degree), attempted robbery (first degree), grand larceny (fourth degree), and menacing (second degree).

Lee is charged with robbery (first degree), burglary (first degree), attempted robbery (first degree), grand larceny (fourth degree), and menacing (second degree).

In an email to students, University Police thanked the campus community, the Town of Lancaster Police Department, the City of Buffalo Police Department, and the Erie Crime Analysis Center for “their support and assistance during this investigation.”
