The Buffalo State Men’s Hockey team is set for a doubleheader weekend against #6 ranked Trine University.
Buffalo State currently holds a 6-3 record, while leading the SUNYAC conference with a 5-1 record.
Coming off a 4-1 loss at home against Plattsburgh State, the team looks to bounce back in their barn before the end of the semester.
Trine is one of the top teams in the country for a reason, as they are riding a 10-1-1 record overall this year led by Head Coach Alex Todd.
Earlier in the season Trine went up against a fellow SUNYAC opponent of the Bengals in Fredonia beating them in the weekend series by the finals scores of 2-0 and 4-3.
Leading Trine in points this season is Junior forward #6 Sam Antenucci with nine points through the teams 12 games.
The games will take place this Friday at 7 p.m. and 3 p.m. Saturday at the Buffalo State Ice Arena.
